Last weekend I made a music video for my son Zack’s powerful, rootsy traveling blues, “Travelin’, Broke & Hungry.” It’s a rather harrowing glimpse into the world of homelessness and “traveling culture”—a world I make no pretense of understanding.

The song—which I recorded and contributed some instrumentals to—is great stuff. I’m also happy to say that my video work and editing is getting good marks from people who do that stuff for a living.
