Rachel Stassen-Berger at the Star Tribune reports that the Minnesota gubernatorial recount is heading to court.

GOP chairman Tony Sutton is scheduled to hold a press conference at 2 p.m. to discuss a recount petition that has been filed with the Minnesota Supreme Court. So the issue will be presented to the state’s high court.
