Rep. Anthony Weiner, D-N.Y., admitted in a press conference that he sent a lewd picture of himself to a woman by accident and then panicked. He admitted making up a story about his Twitter account being hacked. But, he said, “I accept full responsibility for this, and I am not resigning.”

“I don’t know what I was thinking.”

The sudden change of heart—i.e., admitting that this really happened after a solid week of really hard-to-believe non-denial denials—came the same day that others were reporting that there were more lewd photos out there.
